Turnaround: We offer a variety of turnaround options for your convenience. All turnaround times are based on hours of operation and transcriptionist availability.
Intelligent Verbatim: Unless otherwise requested, completed transcripts are "intelligent" verbatim (all ums, uhs, filler-word interruptions, false starts and stutters are removed.)
Delivery: Transcript delivery is guaranteed to be facilitated by the arranged and/or negotiated time.
Quality: Rates are based on clear-recording quality; however, audio files with difficult issues can also be processed for your convenience (see surcharges above).
Guarantee: We guarantee to meet the quoted deadline for transcript delivery. We further guarantee to provide you with transcript(s) accurate to a rate of 98% or better on clear-quality recordings.
